Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information
Delivery is normally within 3 working days (this may be longer due to weekends, bank holidays etc.), Water World Limited cannot be held responsible for delays due to couriers.

There will a minimum charge:

• £2.99 for orders upto 1kg
• £5.99 for orders upto 20kg
• £9.99 for orders upto 30kg

(orders will not be dispatched until a price has been arranged with the customer.) Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Returns Policy & Guarantee

Faulty Items
To return a faulty item fill in our returns request form by clicking here , and fill in ALL relevant details and send the items back to us. Once we have received the items we will arrange a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. Water World Limited cannot be held responsable for any loss or damage due to faulty goods.

Non Faulty Items
If any item does not meet your expectations you can return this to the postage address below or bring into store with your original sales order. This must be returned unused within 28 days of receipt of your order. (please contact our customer services before sending any item back to Water World Limited) We advise that you obtain proof of the return from the carrier. Please note Water World Limited will only cover the cost of postage for faulty goods.

Cancelation Terms

Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, you can do so by contacting our customer services through the contact form on the contact page or calling 0151 336 3616 quoting your order number and that you wish to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched please email us and we will require you to fill in out online retruns request form by clicking here. (please note that if the order has been dispatched that we cannot refund the shipping costs)
