The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Water World Limited have cleared in full. Some item online may vary in price from instore and other Water World related websites.
Order & Tracking Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP (£). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with a Order Reference number. Water World Limited, monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to buy' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Water World Limited reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different to your delivery address the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your credit card is registered.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours via our courier partners (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
To track your order you will need to email our Customer Service Department with your order number and you will be given a tracking number, that you can track your order via our couriers website.
Email Order Status
We will use email to communicate with you when we have changed the status of your order. This may include if we need to confirm a delivery address, shipping price or when the order has been shipped. we will normally use the following status followed by any comments if required.
Order Received - Your order has been processed and our Mail Order Department has received your order.
Order on Hold - This means that you order has been received but we need to confirm details with you. Your order will not be shipped until we have received you responce.
Shipped - Your order has been packed and collected by one of our courier partners and is on its way to you.
Cancelled - This means that you order has been cancelled and would either come with a comment or this will have been done at the customers request.
Refunded - You have asked for us to cancel your order or has been returned to us and we have refunded the relivent amount.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
Stocking Information
Here at Water World Limited we do our very best to keep all itmes in stock, but at times we may not have the item you want instock, when you click on a product, under the 'availability' header it will tell you here if the item is instock or not.. If you add the item to the basket and we do not have the item in stock we will try to get one for you as soon as possible, you order will be put 'on hold' until decide if you would like us to dispatch the item as soon as we have it back in stock or if you would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Delivery Information
Delivery is normally 3-5 days (this may be longer due to weekends, bank holidays etc.), Water World Limited cannot be held responsible for delays due to couriers.
There will a minimum charge:
- £2.99 for orders upto 1kg
- £5.99 for orders upto 20kg
- £9.99 for orders upto 30kg

Deturns Policy & Guarantee
Faulty Items
Contact our Customer Services Department and they will advise you on the best way to return any item or bring it into store with your original sales order. Once we have received the items we will arrange a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. Water World Limited cannot be held responsable for any loss or damage due to faulty good.
Non Faulty Items
If any item does not meet your expectations you can return this to the postage address below or bring into store with your original sales order. This must be returned unused within 28 days of receipt of your order. (please contact our customer services before sending any item back to Water World Limited) We advise that you obtain proof of the return from the carrier. Please note Water World Limited will only cover the cost of postage for faulty goods.

Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, you can do so by contacting our customer services through the contact form on the contact page quoting your order number and that you wish to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched please email us and we will email you a 'Returns Note' to send the items back. (please note that if the order has been dispatched that we cannot refund the shipping costs)
