We are currently looking for experienced store assistants with knowledge of the retail sector. This position will be based in our busy indoor and outdoor departments covering aquarium and pond fish and indoor pets.

This position will be working Monday - Friday, 9:30am-5pm (Till end October 2024)

Store duties will include:

• Ensuring all customers purchasing animals are aware of their needs
• General store cleaning
• Recommending and promoting products and services to customers
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times and going ‘the extra mile’ when required
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented and clean with a good shelf life
• Processing cash and card transactions
