Delivery
We offer deliver on any items from our website or by phone for £6.99 and for orders over £50 we will give you FREE delivery via one of our courier partners.

Returns Policy and Gurantee
Faulty Items:
Contact our Mail Order Manager and they will advise you on the best way to return any item or bring it into store with your original sales order. Once we have received the items we will arrange a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. Water World Limited cannot be held responsable for any loss or damage due to faulty good.
Non Faulty Items:
If any item does not meet your expectations you can return this to the postage address below or bring into store with your original sales order. This must be returned unused within 28 days of receipt of your order. (please contact our customer services before sending any item back to Water World Direct) We advise that you obtain proof of the return from the carrier. Please note Water World can only cover the cost of postage for non-faulty goods. |
